Let me give you a real situation. Here I am in Florida being a snowbird. Now the state of Florida has 6x the population of Kansas. So, some of their state agencies like the Florida DMV has gone to electronic forms. For example, license plate registrations are automated and one can merely get their license plate on-line, electronically using pdf forms.
If Kansas did that, that would save millions of dollars each and every year. Furthermore, the people of Kansas would have the option to do so, as well. Making it more convenient for the people.
A twofer. A win-win by any measure. So, a GOV that understands technology, the only litmus test left for me to endorse Tom Holland, is will this person call me. So, I hope he does.
I am indifferent to which party he is affililated with. Tom is a democrat by choice. If he is the best candidate for GOV, that would be awesome.
On a sidenote, one candidate for GOV talked with me about running as her Lt. GOV. Maybe. But I doubt this will be happening. But you never know what the future will be.

Good news. I found Tom Holland's phone number. I called his office since he is a Kansas Senator. I hope he calls me back. I am thrilled to see a person that has expertise in information technology, just like I do.
A person that understands technology, can literally implement that technology to save millions, if not billions of dollars by doing so. I am so happy to see anyone running for GOV that is not named Brokeback or Brownback. This announcement makes me very happy.

Good. Anyone but Brownback. Now, what does Mr. Hollland want to do for the state of Kansas, and more specifically, we the people?
Have has campaign call me at 913 403 8584. Or alternatively, 239 676 0843. Or finally, give me his number and I will call him myself.
