The article continues to say that czars have been the short hand name for the media forever so they can save column width from really long titles. You can unmake Czars, it just means having a long title that sounds good and its harder to work against. Special Adviser to the President on Green Jobs, on Boarder Security, on The Drug War and Trafficking… Outlaw calling them “czars” all you want, but if there isn’t someone there to fix the problem, some of the major issues that face the country, then its your own fault.
